Donald Joseph Qualls better known as the DJ Qualls stage title DJ Qualls was born in the United States. He is a producer, actor and model. After becoming famous through his roles in Road Trip and The New Guy Hustle & Flow the actor has appeared in more than 20 feature films, like The Core. Alongside his role in Road Trip, he's played in 22 different TV series such as Breaking Bad Supernatural Srubs Lost Law & Order and many more. As a survivor of Hodgkin's Lymphoma, which he was diagnosed when he was 14 years old. Qualls is an avid fighter. After two years of treatment his cancer went into remission. The treatment was so early that it had a significant impact on the body which slowed the growth of his body. After he began acting, financial security was his goal. He'd experienced poverty in his childhood. He said, "I've been living so cheap for so many years that I need financial security otherwise the world will feel out-of-control for me." He looks back on his childhood, and has the desire to act against bullies. "Cruelty breaks me heart," he said. The man says his ideal role would be to portray a dad in both the real world and on film. However, he admits that "Directors do not cast me in the roles I'm in." He hopes to become father to the child.
